We are currently learning Pix4D Forensic Mapping and after some of us completed the official training course we will be doing quarterly projects along with the FIRST Team to keep our skillset sharp. 3D Mapping with drones and with a viDoc Rover is a huge benefit for other components of the department. The nice thing about mapping is it requires us to know manual and automated flights so its just a good all around training exercise.
