 4 Day Conference Event

2 Vendor Days

$2,000

  1. Table (6' or 8' depending on location), two chairs, Power, Wifi

  2. Two Vendor Passes

  3. 90 minutes of dedicated vendor time on day one

  4. Three hours of hands on, field time on day two

  5. Targeted announcements via Event Management App related to time/place of vendor demos

  6. Website Advert as individual event sponsor

  7. Attendee list/email from the event attended

  8. Scavenger Hunt via Event Management App to generate contacts at your booth

  9. Additional fee of $500 for rotating banner add on Event Management App during event

Meal Sponsorship Add-On

Meal sponsorship includes either 20 or 40 minutes to present to the entire conference on the topic of your choosing.  Your presentation slot may be during the meal time or scheduled during the day.  This sponsorship directly helps cover meals for the entire conference!

Intro Meal Sponsor includes 20 minutes to present for $2000

Advanced Meal Sponsor includes 40 minutes to present for $3000

 Conference Schedule (Vendor Days)

Vendors are typically set up for 2 out of the four days of our conferences.  We also truly work hard to integrate your products into the scenario/hands-on portion of training, if you wish.

LEDA Southwest (Irvine, Ca) Sept 10 0700 - Sept 11 1700 (175 Attendees)

 2 Day Regional Event

1 Vendor Day

$750

  1. Table (6' or 8' depending on location), two chairs, Power, Wifi

  2. Two Vendor Passes

  3. Generally 1 day on-site

  4. Variable hands on field time, ask about each event

  5. Attendee list/email from the event attended

  6. Targeted announcements via Event Management App related to time/place of vendor demos (Houston only)

  7. Website Advert as individual event sponsor

  8. Additional fee of $250 for rotating banner add on Event Management App during event (Houston only)

 Regional Schedule (Vendor Days)

Our 2-day regional events make space for vendors to be set up for one of those days, these are the days we have slotted for vendors to be on site for the following events:

Houston Texas Jan 31 0700 - 1700 (120 attendees)

Omaha Nebraska April 22 0700 - 1700 (70 attendees) FULL

Washington DC August 8 0700 - 1700 (85 attendees)

Renton Washington August 20 0700 - 1700 (75 attendees)

St. Louis, Missouri November 7 1100 - 2200 (75 attendees)

Nashville Tennessee TBD!
