THE REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER
The Regional Training Center (RTC) is a non-profit 501(c)3 created to provide government agencies with the highest quality and most cost-effective training available. We are guided by an ideological purpose to create courses that enable public safety to be truly exceptional. The RTC uses our proprietary and well-published 85% Rule© of course design and instruction. The facilitators further ingrain the material by applying our RRAC© positive coaching communications model. The RTC has served over 400 agencies, including state and local agencies, the RCMP, the German Federal Police Directorate, the FBI, and the NSA.
