FAA COA Database
Shout out to Travis from LEDA for helping me out with the unknown drones on the Jersey Shore, he called it early on that it was likely FAA authorized. The knowledge within this group and the information sharing we are capable of here is priceless.
I'm curious if there is a way to look at COAs that have been issued in your area at all. I did find that the FAA lists the FOIA requests but those cover the whole country. I did download the DARPA request but it will take me a bit to get through it.

I don't know that there is a way to publicly check COAs. I know you can find P107 Waivers, but I'm not sure about the COAs. At least we were able to view holders of 107 waivers years ago, but I haven't checked recently.
