I have talked to our Mayor and City Administrator and they have no problem granting our department permission to operate over all city owned streets and properties. The Administrator was hoping someone already had a nicely written document others have used for this purpose that she could modify instead of reinventing the wheel.

Same goes for our school district.

I see the Consent Forms and I can modify those but figured I'd ask about ones modified specifically for a city government or school district.
