Getting Your DJI Enterprise Drone Serviced

So we got a DJI Mavic 3T (that and an Avata, thats it). Well, the Mavic 3T gets a ton of use and it has been crashed a couple times. The first time it was under warranty and DJI replaced it. This last time, the drone is out of warranty, we don't have a service plan for it that I can find, and I am needing to get it fixed. From what I can ascertain from the DJI website, all Enterprise drones needing repair go through a DJI authorized partner. We buy all our drones from Adorama. I have been trying to get them to tell me how to go about getting the drone repaired and they don't seem to know anything.

So my question is: Do any of you have experience getting a DJI Enterprise drone fixed out of warranty and if so what is the process? If you can email me at jcamper@bristoltn.org I would appreciate it, I don't get answer alerts off this forum for some reason.

Follow Up: Got the Drone Repaired by DJI, turns out a lot of the problem was our IT Department was blocking any emails and a lot of the website functions from DJI. We got our drone almost completely replaced for about 240 bucks! Very quick turnaround too, something like 4 business days.
