Vehicle Storage Question
Just wanted to reach out and get some ideas for drone unit storage options. My department is currently looking at options for upfitting a patrol unit with a cargo system for drone response. We have been researching cargo options, including Truck Vault and haven't found anything that we believe would satisfy our needs.
Our concerns are having enough storage for patrol equipment and the additional drone equipment. We currently run a M30T as our primary sUAS with several attachments and a "command case" (24" monitor with a battery power source, with casting capability) so a monitor mount, drawer or cabinet isn't a must. A dedicated monitor mounted in a drawer or cabinet would be a plus, but we also don't want to loose valuable storage space.
Curious what others are using in similar positions, patrol unit and drone pilot, without a dedicated drone vehicle?
We are open to any brands or manufactures, thanks in advance for any help!
We have custom cabinets built, Elite in NJ builds them. 1st in cabinetry builds some nice ones also, John Yeast has one of theirs.
