PALADIN DRONES
My department is looking to partner with Paladin Drones on the pre-DFR package with 1-year contract agreement. I am looking for thoughts on this company, good or bad.
I would also like to know if any department mistakes or errors were made during the agreement so that I may look to avoid doing the same.

I would be interested where you end up with your final proposal. I will likely find myself in the same position in 9 months time.
We ended up signing a year to year contract with Paladin largely due to the DJI pricing and annual battery replacements. We were also able to get the M4TD without tariff pricing. The hardware savings washed the annual 15k contract cost.
However, next year we will not be seeking significant hardware costs so the overall system and “watch tower” software system will need to meet all our goals and without the need of additional software costs, such as AirData.
