New Program Sacramento Ca Area
Hello,
I am wondering if there are any pilots or team members for their departments in the area between Sacramento and Fairfield Ca areas? I lateralled from my old department in central Ca as a pilot to my new department in Suisun City. Chief has asked for the beginnings of a drone program and I have never built a program from the ground up. I would love to get to know any locals to pick your brain on your programs.
Honestly, I would take anyone's advice on starting a program, but there is always a certain advantage in the ability to see the inferstructure in action.

I'm in the same place. We are approved to implement the program, in the process of purchasing our fleet, and getting ready to interview pilots. I'm a Sergeant with the City of Davis PD.
