Flight over people.
Do any of you have waivers that allow you to fly over moving vehicles and people? I know with the COA you can in lifesaving situations. I interest are flying over people to monitor large crowds.

From everything I’ve seen I think You be hard pressed to get this waiver with the kind of drone you need to use for that.
Lots of us have done event overwatch and kept well clear of the crowd. Happy to chat on the online about it if you’d like.
