We had some record flooding here in KY recently. The record for KY river was 48.5 in 1978. We hit 48.2 this week. Several water rescues and entire city-evacuations happened along the KY River and Ohio River. Just a few videos I took the morning the water crested.

This is a youtube channel from a guy named Tom Palmaers. He is Belgian but he can speak English fine and I have talked to him through LinkedIn.
He has done some really interesting things to his Avata including a full IR Upgrade that he offers to LE only. I am waiting on a quote from him as a IR conversion would be ideal for us and I would assume all of you as well.
