Avata Turtle Mode Issue with Top Mounted light
Just something I discovered about the Avata and maybe other fpv drones with a turtle mode that I thought I would pass along.
We got a Firehouse Tech LED light to mount on top of our Avata. The light works fine for what it is and does its job. I was flying through my home for practice with the light mounted. Drone got too close to a wall, vacuum effect occurred and since the room was dark it couldnt correct itself and crashed. I then tried to activcate turtle mode and the drone began spinning on its top and could not flip over. This was because of the light on top of the drone.
Firehouse makes a dual LED mount that fits on each side of the camera gimbal I may look at getting but I thought this is something some of you may not encounter until you are on a call and it does this at the worst possible time.
The turtle mode concern is a big part of the focus on the dual lights alongside the body instead of the single above.
