New UAS program
We have started a new UAS program and I am in need of inventory documents, flight log and any other documents i can use and add to our binders. Please make suggestions of what we can do to make the startup easier.

The LEDA Document Center is a wealth of information for anyone starting a program. There are web-based paid solutions that allow you to keep an inventory of your fleet, flight logs, and other relevant information (DroneSense, Motorola CAPE, Airdata).
A free option is to keep an Excel Spreadsheet that can serve as a flight log as well as an inventory of all of your equipment. If you'd like to see examples of those, provide me with contact information and I can email them to you.
