COA
I am in the process of setting up a drone team for my department. I will be applying for a COA shortly and have concerns because I was told our state police in Pa were denied. Has anyone had any issues getting one or have any pointers for the application process?

I do not know the reason for the denial but will attempt to find out. It may prevent a mistep on my part when applying.
